Product Development Training Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Working with Product Development Manager for new product concept.
• Searching for new cosmetic & supplement suppliers domestically and internationally.
• Select vendors and negotiate competitive pricing for related products.
• Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products in collaboration with Product Manager
• Supervise the direct development process.
• Design & create product training material.
• Make plan & deliver product training to sales/CS team.
• Discuss with sales/CS team for problems and queries of customers and provide satisfied solutions.
• Other duties assigned by direct line manager.

REQUIREMENT:

• 3 years experience in purchasing/cosmetics or nutrition industry.
• Passion and interest in Cosmetic; Nutrition and business development related activities
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Problemsolving attention to detail excellent communication skills.
• Good presentation & public speaking skill good searching skill
