Product Designer m/f/d

Tasks

• Work within a diverse product team where you define and own user-driven
  innovative experiences
• Suggest and improve processes that allow the product team to iterate and ship faster
• Conduct explorative and conclusive research to validate existing experiences and drive decisions for upcoming features

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience designing mobile applications
• Experience working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment for
  consumer-facing digital products
• Worked on at least one application where you continuously delivered and
  improved experiences for a large user base
• Strong skills in prototyping and designing using tools such as Sketch, Figma,
  or Framer
• Proficient in creating and working with design systems.
• Articulate explorations and design decisions masterfully in front of diverse
  audiences such as executives, engineers and partners
• You thrive on feedback and critique, responding with creative thinking and
  iterative design
• You have experience with designing experiences across a multitude of devices and contexts What makes you stand out

• Build experiences for social media applications
• Technical background or desire to understand technical subjects and needs
  with the guidance of the product team
• Working knowledge of Storybook.
• Familiar with React Native.
• Previous exposure to Native Base, Tamagui or similar component libraries.
• Interested in creating gratifying incentivization and gamification experiences.
