Power BI Developer / Data Scientist

What Is This Job About

What You Will Get To Do

• Supporting the team in integrating Power BI in one of the leading IAM solutions
  
• Utilizing effectively the navigation features in Power BI (e.g. bookmarks, drill-through) to guide readers through a compelling data-driven story
  
• Developing calculations in DAX which are accurate and performant on large datasets
  
• Designing effective layouts using Data Visualisations best practises
  
• Designing dashboards & reports and defining different KPIs in the area of IAM
  
• Developing data models and data sets
  
• Designing access right models
  
• Supporting the full stack developers in the integration into the solution
  
• Supporting in defining dashboards based on AI/ML models
  
• Develop user manual / training documentation
  

Requirements

What You Should Have

• Understanding how the full suite of Power BI products work is essential (embedded, Reporting Services)
  
• Good knowledge in dax functions, MQuery, data optimisation, transforming data and RLS protocols in Power BI
  
• Experience in sharing dashboards and managing permissions
  
• Experience in using Power BI formultiple databases
  
• Ability to take client requirements, understand them and turn them into a powerful story told through engaging visuals in Power BI
  
• Strong data analysis skills
  
• Self-starter/able to work independently
  

What Is Not Necessary but Would Be a Plus

• Knowledge of SSAS (Tabular and Multi-dimensional) , Flow and Power Apps beneficial
  
• Basic knowledge in information security concepts
