Job Title: PMO Analyst

Job Description:
The PMO Analyst is a key contributor to the Project Management Office (PMO) under the President providing essential analysis reporting and administrative support for various projects and programs. This role ensures the efficient execution of project management processes playing a vital part in the overall success of organizational initiatives.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced management graduate to fulfil the role of PMO Analyst responsible for tracking projects under the Presidents Office. In this position you will collaborate closely with the Presidents office and other stakeholders monitoring tracking and reporting project statuses to the President. Additionally you will be involved in supporting the Marketing team with event coordination and logistics as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project governance standards and processes.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and maintain project status reports dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyse project data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
Documentation and Documentation Management:
Maintain project documentation including project plans schedules and resource allocation.
Ensure documentation is organized uptodate and easily accessible.
Assist in the creation and management of project templates.
Communication:
Facilitate communication between project teams stakeholders and leadership.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas minutes and action items.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure effective communication channels.
Risk and Issue Management:
Support the identification assessment and documentation of project risks and issues.
Monitor and report on the status of risk and issue management activities.
Event Coordination:
Support the Marketing team in eventrelated coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver successful events aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in business administration project management or a related field.
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
