Requirements
- 14+ years of total IT experience with expertise in IT Strategy, Cloud Migration Planning & Application Modernization.
- Hands on experience architecting projects in Microsoft/Java/Legacy/Client-server technologies.
- Thorough understanding of the modernization process, potential modernization treatments/methods and Cloud enablement.
- Very good experience in .Net frameworks/Java, SOA, REST, SOAP.
- Experience in driving Cloud enablement of legacy applications and modern Cloud application development.
- Experience in designing modernised IT landscapes/architecture for medium and large migration projects.
- Experience and thorough understanding of DevOps tools and Container based technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, etc.
- Good Experience in creating migration strategies & migration plans.
- Thorough understanding and good experience in Cloud migration assessment for Enterprise applications.
- Ability to lead a team of Architects/technology Leads from different technologies and establish innovation in processes, tools, best practices and reusable components.
- Experience in homegrown/third-party legacy conversion tools will be a plus.
- Good experience in the Delivery and Pre-sales process and a thorough understanding of the nuances of client and internal team relationships are a must.
- Experience in Client RFPs for large deals.
- Experience in Pricing and Estimation methods.
- Experience in DevOps tools and Agile PM will be a plus.
