Position Summary: Locums

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician Psychiatrist to join our team on a fulltime basis. As a Physician Psychiatrist you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients who are experiencing a wide range of psychiatric disorders. This position requires travel to various locations as part of our travel hire contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients

Prescribe and monitor medications for patients with psychiatric disorders

Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for all patients

Stay current on advancements and changes in the field of psychiatry

Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient care and treatment plans

Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions treatment options and selfcare techniques

Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the delivery of patient care

Travel to various locations as part of the travel hire contract providing care to patients in different settings

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited medical school

Board certification in Psychiatry

Valid state medical license

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing Psychiatrist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills

Willingness to travel to various locations as part of the travel hire contract
