Job Summary:
We are currently on the hunt for a talented Social Media and Online Advertising Executive who will be responsible for nurturing a strong industry network increasing awareness and developing an enviable brand image by developing and executing effective communication and media relations programs as well as creating original text and video content managing posts. You will manage our brand image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As our Social Media and Online Advertising Executive you should be up to date with the latest digital technologies trends and the right influencers for brand alignment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company s views creatively. Ultimately you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement to build a brand community.
Job Description:
- Plan and implement social media and marketing to align with business goals in our content calendar
- Generate edit publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text photos videos and news)
- Collaborate with other team members like marketing sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Proactively communicate with followers respond to queries promptly and monitor customer reviews
- Oversee social media account design (e.g. Facebook YouTube Instagram Linked In)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness like promotions and competitions
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications
- Organize engaging content for the brand s social media pages blogs website and EDMs
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a social media executive or manager digital advertising executive digital marketing executive or relevant role
- Bachelor s/College Degree specializing in Digital Marketing/ Marketing/ Digital Advertising/ Business Marketing and Management or equivalent
- Proven 3 years of experience in managing a social media community (Facebook Instagram Linked In YouTube)
- Handson experience in content management managing job boards and advertising/ posting/ promoting
- Experience from the recruiting/staffing industry is preferred
- Knowledge in healthcare is a huge advantage but not required
- Understanding Meta for Business is a MUST
- Experience in email marketing is a plus
- Knowledge in using Photoshop and creating animations is an advantage but not essential
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Understands various social media platforms and familiarity with email marketing systems
- Will challenge the status quo not afraid to make innovative recommendations and suggesti
