Metkon Concrete Construction LLC we specialize in offering a
comprehensive range of preengineered steel buildings suitable for
various applications. Whether you require a garage shop warehouse
agricultural facility industrial complex or commercial space.
We
also offer sales and rentals of used heavy machinery and equipment. From
excavators and bulldozers to cranes and loaders we have a wide
selection of wellmaintained reliable machinery to support your
construction and industrial projects.

Tasks

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Payroll Account
Manager to join our team on a fully remote parttime basis.

As a Remote PartTime Payroll Account Manager you will be responsible
for overseeing payroll processes and managing client accounts. You will
ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll while providing
exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires
excellent attention to detail strong communication skills and the
ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • Manage endtoend payroll processing for assigned client accounts including but not limited to:

  • Calculating wages deductions and other payrollrelated expenses

  • Processing payroll on schedule and ensuring accuracy

  • Handling payroll tax filings and compliance

  • Addressing payrollrelated inquiries and resolving issues promptly

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of payroll laws regulations and best practices

  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary payroll information and address their needs

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as the primary point of contact for payrollrelated matters

  • Provide training and support to clients on payroll systems and processes

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and account management
  • Familiarity with payroll software and systems (e.g. ADP Paychex QuickBooks)
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus
