• Experience with Insurance Explanation of Benefits ( EOB ) forms and remittances
  
• Background in Medical Billing or Medical Claims processing
  
• Proficient Data Entry Skills
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Basic Excel proficiency
  
• Motivated to learn and grow

• Review EOBs to determine patients copay and deductible
  
• Create patient statements (given a script that will be drafted and presented to each team member to help identify 35 basic questions to ask and document) into their Practice Management System USMON
  
• Update accounts based on statements sent
