Partners Support Officer

We are looking to hire a Partners Support Officer (Thai Speaking) to join our successful and dynamic team. If you enjoy working in a fastpaced environment then you are fit for the role!

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners addressing their inquiries and providing timely accurate and professional responses.
• Assist new potential partners in the registration process
• Educate partners on our products and services.
• Assist in organizing partner events and training sessions both online and offline.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the partner support process and improve overall satisfaction.
• Attending facetoface meeting with our Business Development Executives to assist with translations.
• Updating partners about any new promotions or products through various communication channels.
• Assisting partners to resolve any potential issues they might face.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in within the financial industry
• Knowledge of Financial markets
• High fluency in English and Thai with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability to multitask
