Paid Media Manager - Dream work from home part time role

My Cloud Crew is an Australian boutique cloud staffing firm founded in 2017.

We hire seriously talented work-from-home staff to work with our Australian and US clients.

Work remotely while travelling or from the comfort of your home office.

We are looking for a Paid Media Coordinator.

This is a part-time flexible work-from-home role for highly independent junior-mid level Paid Media Specialist. You will work 24hrs/week with tasks generally to be done in West Coast afternoons / early evenings. Youll work closely with the CEO to create and execute paid media campaigns across multiple locations/countries and across multiple lines of business and channels.

You will be responsible for managing all Paid Media activities: running marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing funnels across multiple lines of business
  
• Create weekly and monthly paid media reports for Senior Management
  
• Work with (manage) 1-2 Filipino team members to help you execute your marketing funnels
  
• Work across Google, FB and potentially LinkedIn Ads
  
• Manage up to 10 My CLoud Crew PPC clients
  
• Mentor existing PPC staff
  

Requirements

• Working PC with minimum RAM of 6GB
  
• Minimum 16 inch monitor
  
• Suitable home-office environment
  
• Must have experience or willing to work in an agency environment
  
• Proven Paid Media experience
  
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
  
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Paid Media
  
• Expertise in current Paid Media best practices
  
• Solid background in strategy for traditional and digital media channels
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
  
• Analytical, results-driven mindset
  
• Solid writing and communication skills
  
• Willing to work 6hrs/day (24hrs/week) - Mondays to Thursdays
  
• Preferably during afternoon and early evening
