Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the design development and deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Manage technical aspects of HCM Cloud implementation projects including configuration customization and integration
• Provide expertise in HCM data migration interfaces and reports development
• Offer technical guidance and support to clients and project teams
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Identify and resolve technical issues ensuring system stability and performance
• Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM releases new features and best practices
• Conduct system testing troubleshooting and performance tuning
• Document technical designs configurations and processes
• Participate in presales activities providing technical expertise and support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Cloud HCM technical consulting
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Data Loader HCM Extracts REST APIs and BI Publisher
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures security and personalization
• Experience in Oracle Cloud integrations using OIC SOA or other middleware
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex HCM technical issues
• Excellent communication and clientfacing skills
• Proven track record in delivering highquality technical solutions within project timelines
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment and mentor junior consultants
• Knowledge of HCM Cloud payroll processing and related technical configurations
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud Core HR Benefits Payroll and Talent Management modules
• Experience in data migration and conversion from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends
