Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst - FinanceP2P

This individual will apply Oracle Cloud Finance/P2P expertise, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of Oracle Cloud ERP and Cloud Financial.

The primary focus of this position is procurement to pay, with an excellent understanding of financial modules. Detailed below are the subject areas of expertise required:

• Functional knowledge of internal Audit and JSOX
  
• Close processes (month, quarter, year-end)
  

Essential Functions

• Understand,?document,?and?analyze the current state of the business processes?
  
• Use knowledge of Oracle Cloud best practices and functional expertise to drive change in the organization, maximizing the return on investment of our?Oracle Cloud Application?
  
• Understand, validate, and document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard Oracle Cloud functionality, design specification for developers as required?
  
• Participate in the support/analysis/resolution of production application issues to protect end users ability to run the business?
  
• Actively participate in all phases of the Oracle Cloud Implementation Cycle and Change Control processes, including setup, configuration changes, documentation of functional and technical processes, testing/conference Room Pilots, sign-off, training, and implementation.?
  
• Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training/demos/presentations as required?
  
• Develop and maintain business process documentation in flowchart and narrative form as necessary to support compliance (External Audit, JSOX, International Trade)?
  
• Perform other duties as requested,?directed,?or assigned
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance from an accredited college or university?
  
• 5+ years experience as an Oracle Cloud analyst?
  
• Implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project
  
• Strong process orientation with proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, setup/configuration changes and methodology-based implementation?
  
• Results-focused, tenacious, multi-tasking problem solver, capable of complex thinking and analysis?
  
• Ability to train and provide support to?users as required
  
• Experience with global companies, multi-language, currencies and multiple business segments.
  
• Thorough understanding of Oracle design principles, design patterns, and best practices.
  
• Tobacco, Vape or other relevant Consumer Goods industry experience
  

The?qualified candidate will work?in close partnership with Business Process Owners, Developers, and End Users, to optimize supply chain,?procurement, and financial processes?specific to the Oracle Cloud application. The position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value and?drive the maximum level of standardization of?business processes and?technology across the entire company.?This position configures, tests, and deploys efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes.
