We are looking for an experienced Operations manager for the back office who will take part in management of the daily business operations and provide consultations on contract execution.

What you will do::

The Document Management Team at Tripleten performs various functions including:

  • Contract negotiation and management including revision and approval from other teams (Legal Procurement Tax);
  • Maintaining payment records for contractors and performers;
  • Cost accounting and budget allocation in collaboration with the finance department;
  • Handling daily transaction processes ensuring all payments are processed recorded and reconciled resolving discrepancies or errors in payments implementing corrections when necessary;
  • Automation and developing of the document management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage control and maintain Excel spreadsheets;
  • Manage drafting and negotiating to payment and fulfillment of all terms and conditions;
  • Provide consultations on contract execution and payment matters issue resolution if necessary;
  • Recording contractrelated expenses;
  • Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including:
  • Advanced knowledge of formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP INDEXMATCH and pivot tables;
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis;
  • Familiarity with data validation and conditional formatting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and manipulation;
  • Ability to design and maintain organized and efficient Excel spreadsheets for various purposes including data tracking analysis and reporting;
  • Readiness making decisions in uncertain situations;
  • Strong communication skills particularly in stressful situations;
  • Patience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 year of relevant work experience;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills;
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a sense of responsibility;
  • Experience with contract management is a plus.
