Role: Operations Head

Location: Bangkok Thailand

Job Type: Permanent


Role Background

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our operations team as the Head of Operations. Reporting directly to the CEO the Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in optimizing our organizations efficiency and effectiveness across various operational functions. This role will work closely with the CEO to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive growth in our operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Process Management: Establish and oversee processes within the Operations department ensuring adherence to committed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and timely accurate processing.
  2. Operational Excellence: Monitor and continuously enhance operational integrity and efficiency identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and external partners to address operational challenges driving operational development and improvement initiatives.
  4. Project Leadership: Lead endtoend operational process improvement projects guiding teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness.
  5. Automation: Identify opportunities to transition manual processes to automated solutions driving efficiency gains and improving operational agility.
  6. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to enhance business monitoring and ensure consistent highquality operational performance.
  7. Budgeting: Develop and manage the operations budget optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs to support business growth and profitability. Ensure alignment of budgetary decisions with strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  8. Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Operations team fostering a culture of accountability innovation and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop team members empowering them to achieve their full potential and contribute effectively to the organizations success.
  9. Education: Minimum degree holder in a relevant field.
  10. Experience: More than 5 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in a leadership position demonstrating a track record of driving operational excellence.
  11. Stakeholder Management: Experienced in effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders fostering collaboration and alignment towards operational goals.
  12. Change Management: Experience in change management is an added advantage with the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions and process changes.
  13. Analytical Skills: Organized with strong problemsolving and analytical skills capable of identifying root causes of operational issues and implementing effective solutions leveraging technology and datadriven insights.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum degree holder in a relevant field.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in operations with at least 2 years in a leadership position demonstrating a track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experienced in effectively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders fostering collaboration and alignment towards operational goals.
