Job Overview:

As the Trainer at PrimeSync Solutions you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide outstanding training solutions to our client hotels and resorts. Your role will involve designing implementing and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Additionally you will take the lead in training the trainers within our clients organization ensuring consistency and excellence across all training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees focusing on customer service communication skills and industryspecific knowledge.

* Create training materials including presentations manuals and multimedia content to support learning objectives.

* Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.

* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments surveys and feedback mechanisms and make necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.

* Take the lead in training internal trainers providing guidance support and mentorship to ensure consistency and excellence in training delivery.

* Stay updated on industry trends best practices and innovative training methodologies to continuously improve training programs.

* Mentor and coach trainees to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration Hospitality Management Education) preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO company with a focus on customer service and hospitality.

* Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs in fastpaced environments.

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.

* Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and personalities.

* Proficiency in using training tools and technologies such as learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia software.

* Certification in training and development (e.g. CPLP CPTM) is a plus.
