Overview:
We are seeking a detailoriented and responsible parttime Office Cleaner to join our team and work between 6:30AM 9:30AM in New York 10001. The Office Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly workspace ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize office desks tables chairs and other furniture.
Empty and dispose of trash receptacles.
Clean and disinfect restrooms including sinks toilets and floors.
Refill and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.
Follow safety guidelines and procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
Adhere to established cleaning schedules and routines.
Requirements

Proven experience as an office cleaner or janitor. You are cheerful and a team player.
REALLY hard physical work does not scare you.
You can carry equipment and WALK UPSTAIRS with the equipment (some of our locations do not have elevators).
Youre teachable and coachable.
You can carry equipment and WALK UPSTAIRS with the equipment (some of our locations do not have elevators).

Maintain a positive customer service attitude.
Citizen of United States of America or has a licensed to work in the US.
Male or Female (3540 yo).
Good job performance and can represent the company with integrity.
Can provide COE / Recommendation letter from previous company.
Physically fit. Must be able to lift over 40lbs.

We offer handson and online training to get you up to speed before you ever set foot alone on a real job site. Must be willing to learn our culture job site safety customer interaction how to upsell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel.
If you have limited experience we will start you out and give you substantial increases as your training progresses and your performance improves. Our cleaners are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They work very hard but get to work at different locations everyday serving our clients without someone standing over their shoulders.
