Occupational Therapist

A healthcare facility a few miles south of Coos Bay, OR is looking for anOccupational Therapistto join their team!

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hourly

Occupational Therapist Duties:

• Occupational Therapist assesses and treat patients referred by state-approved sources while adhering to MDS procedures and effective care planning.
  
• Document progress and communicate patient status and needs to involved professionals and family.
  
• Provide consultation, clinical supervision, and referral to COTAs.
  
• Build a strong rehabilitation practice by establishing courteous and helpful interaction patterns and actively integrating therapy into the interdisciplinary treatment team.
  

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy
  
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  
• Current CPR certification
  
• 6 months experience in a long-term care setting preferred
