Our Client is a leading Charity operating across Ireland supporting some of the most marginalized individuals couples and families experiencing Homelessness.
Currently Hiring an experienced Night Deputy Manager for their cork Operation. Full time 35 hours per week we are open to flexible working arrangements Permanent Contract. A work permit will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- To collaborate with every service user to earn their respect and trust while handling challenging or troubling circumstances with tact.
- Supervision of clients giving special consideration to clients in need of intensive care and providing assistance as needed.
- When required work with the project team to help residents with personal finances service charge payments etc.
- To assist and motivate clients in acquiring the skills necessary to manage their everyday lives.
- You will be in charge of managing your project daytoday with the assistance of the Project Group Manager (PGM) tending to the needs of the staff team and the client group concerned.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in a major capacity or providing direct client help in social care or homelessness.
- Social Studies and Casework Certified Status Knowledge of harm reduction services with a low threshold is preferred.
