Role : Network Test Engineer

Location: Mountain view CA

Job Description:

• CPE Testing and Troubleshooting

• Experience with testing Router gateway
• Experience with Network concepts for LAN connectivity (NAT/DHCP/DNS/DMZ)
• Good Understanding of Routing and switching technologies
• Experience testing and troubleshooting gateway wireless technologies 802.11ac/ax
• Understanding of wireless network Mesh technology for coverage
• Basic working knowledge of linux
• Troubleshoot and reproduce bugs/issues with CPE setups (Internal Vendor or Customer Issues)
• Report and triage bugs with vendors

• Customer Support

• Test and support CPE firmware rollout to production environment
• Help troubleshoot install and setup issues in the field
• Field issue HW debug and log collection with pcap
