Essentials : Skillset: Good understanding of IT systems, process reengineering, public procurement, RFP preparation, bid process management. Communication: Should have very good oral and written communication skills Network Design Expert: Specialization in Electrical communications and Electronics with Professional Certificates in Networking such as CCNA / CCIE / CCNP / RHCE / ITIL Experience in requirement analysis, Design, Specification Drafting, understanding of Optical Fiber networks, IT Program Management, understanding of GIS would be added advantage Network architecture planning and design, knowledge on IPv 4 and IPv6 migration Planning and design in setting up of NOC with understanding of NMS / Command Control Center etc. Understanding on other network and telecommunication technologies e.g. VSAT, Broadband Wi-Fi etc. Well versed in preparation of As Is and To be Process documents , Detailed Project Report , RFP and Bid Process Management Work experience in the Government, Public Services and/or Not-for-profit sector is a strong plus, but not mandatory The ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively (50-60%) within India and outside India for short term work, as well as for long term assignments. Experience in business development through the sales cycle, responding to RFPs is a plus, but not mandatory Strong written and presentation skills at subordinate, peer and executive levels
