Job Description: As the Mobile Technical Lead you will lead the development and maintenance of our React Nativebased mobile application catering to the unique needs of the medical device industry. Youll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration with SAP Mobile Services running on SAP Business Technology Platform. This role demands strong technical proficiency leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the endtoend development and maintenance of our React Nativebased mobile application.
• Collaborate with product managers designers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mobile development team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the mobile app ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends applying them to enhance our mobile solutions for the medical device industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and related web technologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture design patterns and best practices.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with SAP Mobile Services and SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Experience with DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) using tools like GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of app release processes for both iOS and Android platforms including submission to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of Redux for state management in React Native applications.
• Proficiency in using RTK Query for efficient data fetching and caching in Redux applications.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP Mobile Development Kit (MDK) for rapid mobile application development.
• Experience with SAP backend systems integration (SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP etc.).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori design principles for mobile applications.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.
