What you will do

• Drive healthy team discussions;
  

• Bring thoughtprovoking questions and contribute to psychological safety;
  

• Collaborate and decide on solutions with your team;
  

• Find ideal solutions that balances the technical needs of the system with the strategic needs of the business;
  

• Facilitate discussions around tradeoffs.
  

Must haves

• Good knowledge of Golang;
  

• Experience working with JavaScript React;
  

• Experience with Microservices;
  

• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Platforms;
  

• Writing unit/integration tests performing code reviews.
  

Nice to haves

• AWS;
  

• Docker as a plus;
  

• Knowledge of Elixir.
