Job Description:
Manage and administer the MicroStrategy platform including installation configuration and ongoing maintenance tasks.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal platform performance and availability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand requirements and translate them into MicroStrategy solutions.
Design develop and implement MicroStrategy projects reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
Provide technical expertise and support to users troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to address technical challenges.
Implement and enforce security best practices to ensure data integrity and protect sensitive information.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data and minimize downtime.
Stay current with MicroStrategy updates patches and new features and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Document configurations procedures and best practices for reference and training purpose
