Looking For Microsoft Windows Server Administration Professionals For Global IT MNC @Noida
As an Operations Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing the delivery of production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Windows Server Administration and ensuring smooth operations of the systems and services.
Location: Noida (WFO)
Experience: 2 years
MusHave: Microsoft Windows Server Administration
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows Server Administration and ensure smooth operations of the systems and services.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of services.
Monitor and maintain the health of production systems and services ensuring high availability and performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in oncall rotations and provide timely resolution of critical issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Additional Information:
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
