Job Title MicroSoft Endpoint Security Support Engineer

Job Requirement :

CSGs as technical resources and our onboarding process will involve familiarizing them with various Security and Compliance technologies.

In the initial six months their tasks will include handling case assignment escalations conducting queue sweeps and ensuring accurate case assignments to designated DPs.

These resources will serve as a pivotal point of contact between the FTE team TAs DM team and DP team.

Over the subsequent 12 months we will empower them to manage technical escalations with the DPs.

Ideally to have experience or knowledge in Microsoft Security Products (one or more of: Defender for Endpoint/sentential/compliance/defender for office/defender for cloud apps/defender for identity) And/or network security & security domain knowledge in general.

Preferably to have technical support experience.

At least 2 of the desired headcounts need to be seniors others can be middle.

Good experience in Microsoft Security Products (one or more of Defender for Endpoint/sentential/compliance/defender for office/defender for cloud apps/defender for identity) And/or network security & security domain knowledge in general.

Musthave hard skills
