Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Dallas TX. As a Medical Surgical RN you will provide direct patient care and support to patients with a variety of medical conditions. This is a fulltime 13week contract position with 12hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care

Educate patients and their families on disease process treatments and selfcare techniques

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:

Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting

BLS and ACLS certification

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work 12hour shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
