Duties:
Will address clinical issues/concerns that may arise in a 24hr period.
Will be providing supervision/leadership for the current providers review of potential admission denial (MA requirement) recruitment/retention of providers participate in meetings and assist in guiding the hospital clinically until a permanent replacement is found.
Will be assisting in ensuring the current provider are supervised and retained. Additionally they would be assisting in the interviewing and staffing the hospital on an as needed basis.
Required Procedures:
Clinical Areas: Anxiety Affective ADD/ADHD Personality Psychotic and Organic disorders
Familiarity With: Involuntary Commitments Seclusion therapy Restrain Application
Treatment techniques: Group therapy Family therapy ECT
No. of Beds: 120 max (ramp up growth)
