• Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering production and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new equipment and processes.
• Prototype development: Create prototypes and conduct testing to validate the performance and reliability of newly designed equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Cost management: Evaluate cost implications of equipment modifications and process enhancements to ensure efficient resource utilization and costeffectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of equipment designs modifications and process improvements for reference and future replication.
• Training: Provide training and support to production personnel on the operation and maintenance of new equipment and updated manufacturing processes.
• Continuous improvement: Continuously monitor manufacturing operations gather feedback and implement refinements to drive ongoing process optimization and efficiency gains.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment modifications.
