Mechanical Engineer

Leading multidisciplinary team is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer for their Jacksonville team!

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of design for HVAC for Healthcare Commercial Higher Education or Laboratory projects
  
• Provide advanced heating/cooling load calculations with Trace/HAP
  
• Identify sequences of operations for AHUs CHW and HW systems
  
• Develop sections/elevations of complex duct work and piping areas equipment room sizes during SD and DD phases and air and water flows
  
• Edit specifications
  
• Assist with completing RFI s for a project and review submittals
  
• Deliver appropriate documentation using proper scope for SD DD and CD level documents
  
• Meet with contractors during bid phase to review design details
  

Requirements:

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
  
• 8 years of mechanical design experience
  
• PE License
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
