Marketing Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

1. Own recruiting, objectives setting, training, and performance monitoring of the marketing team

2. Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to the website.

3. Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.

4. Experiment with various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.

5. Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

6. Build strategic relationships and partner with exhibitors, agencies, and vendors.

7. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, creatives, emails, hard copy brochures, and other promotional material.

8. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.

9. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

10. Partner with universities to promote our brand among various student-run teams.

11. Strategize with our content collection team and lead various content collection activities with videographers and photographers.

12. Collaborate with various internal teams like Engineering, Production, HR, and IT to amplify our marketing activities and strengthen our brand nationwide.
