Tasks:

• Campaign Architecture and Execution:

Design and optimise the architecture of campaigns emphasising an improved customer journey across all devices and user experience.

Create test and deploy content and campaign pages within the webshop ensuring alignment with SEO guidelines quality standards and target groups.

• Performance Measurement and Optimisation:

Analyse the results of marketing activities and overall webshop performance and extract actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Plan and execute effective testing.

• Reporting:

Participate in preparing reports including WBR MOM Report and Internal KPI reports.

• Contacts:

Foster strong collaboration between Graphical designers brand marketing pricing UX category management PIM Product experience and webshop platform team to ensure effective communication and collaboration to ensure growth in the webshop.

• Targets:

Ensure achievement of quality goals such as campaign performance conversion after search / filter average order value click trough rate number of returning customers order intake with timely and highquality reporting. Identify and set adhoc goals to support digital marketing initiatives. Increase organic traffic in collaboration with the SEO department with an aligned content strategy.

• Content Development and Optimisation:

Develop and manage landing and content pages within our webshop ensuring highquality content including: SEO optimized content user friendly text video and graphics. Focus on crafting a seamless and engaging customer journey.

Constantly enhance onsite performance for all campaigns content and landing pages by closely tracking performance metrics and analysing user behaviour.

• Onsite Search Optimisation:

Manage and optimise onsite search functionalities to enhance user experience and product discoverability.

Profile:

• Utilize tools such as Power BI Google Analytics Google Search Console.

• excellent communication skills to drive collaboration serving as a central point of contact among various marketing stakeholders (IMMs Brand SEO Ecom Catman etc.) and cooperate with them to fulfil the webshop goals.
• good project management skills in order to gather consolidate and articulate requirements from stakeholders and execute directly or funnel them to the ecom platform team for feature improvements.
• High organizational skills and competence in interdisciplinary international settings
• Very good communication skills written and spoken in German and English
