The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Extensive experience of 5-10 years within the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proven track record in composing compelling A/E proposals and proficiently responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) related to A/E services.

• Proficiency in utilizing Adobe Creative Suite software, with a particular focus on InDesign.

• Exceptional writing skills that are persuasive and engaging.

• A keen eye for graphic design in both digital and print media.

• Ability to meet frequent and time-sensitive deadlines.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include:

• Coordinating the upgrade and reconstruction of the firm's website.

• Conducting regular updates to the website to ensure accurate and current information.

• Organizing and coordinating architectural photography shoots.

• Assisting with submissions for industry awards.

• Compiling and maintaining firm qualifications information.

• Contributing to the development of newsletters.

• Managing and updating social media platforms.

• Supporting business development initiatives and lead generation.

• Coordinating attendance at relevant events and researching potential clients.

• Assisting with miscellaneous office management tasks as needed.
