AniCura provides modern highquality veterinary care for pets at circa 500 practices in 15 European countries and creates peace of mind for pet owners through excellent access and patient safety. AniCura has a turnover of around $1B with the aspiration to expand business through a combination of organic growth and new hospital acquisitions. Every year AniCuras 12.000 passionate veterinary professionals attend to four million companion animal patients. We are currently looking for a candidate to join our CHAPO cluster (office in Warsaw/hybrid working).

Market Marketing & Communications Manager

As the Marketing & Communications Manager for our CHAPO cluster you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth in Poland Austria and Switzerland. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies (B2B & B2C) aligned with the companys goals
   • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the veterinary industry
   • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives
   • Develop and manage marketing budgets ensuring optimal utilization of resources and a positive return on investment
   • Cooperation with the clinics to build ambassadorship and ensure actions plan for particular activities
2. Brand Management & Public Relations:
   • Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand image across all clinics in the regions
   • Ensure brand messaging is aligned with the companys values and resonates with the target audience
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets influencers and industry stakeholders
   • Develop and execute public relations campaigns to enhance the companys reputation
3. Digital Marketing:
   • Lead digital marketing initiatives (SEO SEA) including social media campaigns online advertising and content marketing
   • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make datadriven decisions

Your Profil:

• Fluent in Polish and English nice to know German. Ability to create content and communicate effectively in at least two languages
• Masters degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing and communications preferably in the healthcare or veterinary industry
• Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Willingness to travel around Poland Austria Switzerland
