KRAS
- Responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing communications programs,
covering PR, Social Media and Visual Communications
- Managing a high level of client interactions
- Ensuring all the mandates are met effectively, with a high level of output, adhering to the
requirements
- Ensuring all KPIs are met effectively
- Keeping abreast of current and evolving PR trends and tools to develop more effective strategies
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts including journalists
and industry spokespeople
- Being involved in prospecting and pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
- Managing and mentoring junior members of staff, leading the teams, and ensuring all processes
are met
- Promoting a healthy company culture and ensuring all the processes are effectively followed
Requirements
- Proven work experience of at least 6-8 years in a reputed public relations agency
- Possess a high degree of communication - verbal and written skills
- Possess impressive emotional intelligence and interpersonal expertise
- Have the ability to nurture talent while maintaining the company policies
- Be result-oriented while maintaining a high degree of integrity and upholding core company
values
- Have good media intelligence, and an understanding of new platforms of communications
- Have a passion for creativity, strategic thinking & innovation, and attention to detail
- Sound copywriting, general marketing proficiency
- Good industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
- Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
- Service focused and sensitive to confidential information
