Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. They operate through two segments: Electronic Instruments and Electromechanical. The Electronic Instruments segment designs and manufactures analytical test and measurement instrumentation for the energy aerospace power research medical and industrial markets. The Electromechanical segment provides automation and precision motion control solutions as well as electrical interconnects specialty metals and thermal management systems.

Job Description:
- Responsible for performing building and maintenance duties to ensure smooth operations of the business site.
- Perform duties related to preparing the site for ongoing business operations of the interior and exterior components of the facility that involve routine activities as well as special projects to support client needs.
- Accountable for maintaining business equipment to ensure resources remain in operable condition.
- Builds constructs and positions business equipment according to direction of management and client needs.
- Adheres to site and industry safety regulations and ensures the site maintains clean and orderly work areas.
- Reorders supplies and equipment needed to ensure smooth operations of the business according to direction of management.
- Ensures proper reporting of work completed by utilizing standard checklists and maintenance database.
- Works and maintains relationships with outside contractors and suppliers related to business operations of interior and exterior components of the facility.
