Roles & Responsibilities

Upgrading maintaining and supporting z/OS operating systems
Providing technical support for customer implementing changes and resolving assigned problems
Upgrading maintaining and supporting ISV products
Providing 24x7 after hours oncall support as required support by the team
Personal compliance and ownership on security audit and systems integrity posture
Highlighting areas for improvement in current processes and implementing improvements
Fully understand z/OS services structure Parallel sysplex DFSMS and Catalog management
PARMLIB configuration and JES2 customization
System Utility and dataset utility programs
Expertise in applying license keys and CIRATS maintenance.
Ability to support in solving problems and implementing changes on z/OS environments
Ability to take the lead in problem solving and coordination of multidisciplinary groups
