Jobs Description:
Plans schedules and coordinates projects.
Manage 34 groups of workers.
Possess good English and Chinese communication skills with Clients via Whatsapp/ Phone call / Email .
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings.
Weekly visits site meeting when required
Possess strong planning organising coordination analytical problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Monitor project progress and follow up issues based on priority and customers request

Jobs Requirement:
Extensive experience in construction industry and project management /sales management
Proficient in English written and verbal communications such as writing professional emails and text messages.
Candidates must be selfdisciplined proactive responsible mentally mature and hungry for money.
Able to work under pressure.
