Clinical Nurse job duties may include:Gathering patient information by conducting physical examinations and asking questionsOrdering necessary diagnostic tests such as blood work or diagnostic imagingPhysical assessment of patients and document in EHRUpdating patient medical records and ensuring that medical information is accurate and kept privateEducating patients on plan of care
