UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is looking for a Full Time Locum Endocrinologist to start ASAP!

Job Description:
Schedule: MonFri (8a 4:30p). No call. No weekends.
Patient Population: 95% Adult 5% PEDS
Caseload: 100% outpatient clinic. 100% Endocrine. 0% Internal Medicine. 0% Hospital.
Average # of Patients per day: 1216
Is the Locum Physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NO
Will other endocrinologists be present during the Locum Physician coverage: NO
Lab Onsite: No
XRay Onsite: No
Ultrasound Onsite: Yes in clinic
Number of Exam Rooms: 6
Total Number of Beds: 350
Total Number of ICU Beds: 48
Level III Trauma
Describe office staff: Full clinic staff available 1 MA front desk scheduler etc.
EMR System: EPIC
Credentialing Timeframe: 6090 days

Rates needed on Presentation:
Malpractice (included in rates)
Orientation Per hour of orientation or training
Hourly Per hour for any hour up to 8 hours per day. 1hour unpaid lunch included in each shift.
Overtime Per hour for any hour beyond 8 hours per day
All corresponding holiday rates.
Conversion Fee BRK cap set out by UCHealth.

Travel Requirements:
Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
Flights Up to BR RT cap
Lodging Reimbursed by Receipt up to BR50 total per night cap.
Car rental Reimbursed by Receipt up to an economy car cap.
Mileage IRS Standard Rate.

Requirement description : **ALL ITEMS MUST BE LISTED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID REDIRECT**

Board Certified in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine REQUIRED (Not accepting BE)
Active CO License or IMLC REQUIRED
BLS REQUIRED
COVID Vaccinated REQUIRED
Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice/Background REQUIRED
Must be available FULL TIME REQUIRED
