Licensing Manager

Growing Retail Company in the El Monte, Ca area has a need for a Licensing Manager. This is a direct hire opening with a fill benefits package.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : • Participate in setting the company's IP development goals and plans, and effectively implement them. • Based on the company's strategic industry characteristics, find and tap into advantageous cooperation resources in the local area, establish and maintain high-value IP cooperation relationships, develop copyright business cooperation resources, and optimize cooperation strategies. • Responsible for the operation of the company's existing IP, effectively activate and enhance the maximum efficiency of cooperation IP, and reasonably plan the full chain of IP products. • Coordinate the product life cycle and sales performance of IP products.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher, and at least 3 years of experience in advertising or IP licensing company. • Possessing local IP resources and capable of conducting business cooperation. • Familiar with IP cooperation models of consumer products and proficient in customer operation management. • Have a certain understanding and knowledge of various domestic and foreign IP, have commercial acumen and industry strategy planning ability, and be able to independently complete commercial planning proposals (prioritized for those with successful IP commercial authorization cases). • Strong organizational, planning, control, coordination, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, as well as excellent operational and risk control ability.
