Our arcade game business covers a diverse product lineup including video games prize machines such as UFO Catcher and various medal games like horse racing bingo and pushers. We develop manufacture and sell these products.
In the merchandising business we plan develop produce and sell character merchandise prizes lotteries and other products for overseas retail.
Initiatives for New Business Creation
Our group has created numerous forms of entertainment. Leveraging our capabilities as a comprehensive entertainment group and a global studio structure we actively engage in creating new businesses.

With the expansion of the companys global business the presence of legal affairs is increasingly crucial. As a central member of the legal team you will be responsible for various legal tasks including:
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating legal documents such as contracts in both Japanese and English providing legal advice and solutions and handling legal consultations and disputes.
- Participating in projects from the initial stages especially in new business ventures M&A and business partnership matters providing support for examination and promotion.
- Collaborating with compliance teams and law firms of overseas group companies in global projects.
- Coordinating with the parent company for listed companies and managing domestic and overseas group companies (legal consultations privacy compliance etc.).
- Promoting legal awareness and education within the company and nurturing junior team members.
- Establishing managing and disseminating internal rules standards and guidelines as well as monitoring and disseminating information on relevant laws regulations and regulatory trends.

- Legal experience in a corporate or law firm setting: Approximately 5 to 15 years.
- English proficiency: Businesslevel reading and writing conversationallevel speaking.
- Ability to work in a team and proficient in schedule management.

- Hold a legal qualification as a lawyer in Japan or abroad.
- Have experience in entertainment law.
- Have a passion for gaming.
- Have experience in team development and management.

Annual Salary:JPYBased on experience ability and previous work experience
