Role Description

L&D Specialist is responsible for creating implementing and overseeing leadership and culture development programs that align with the organizations values and objectives. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future capabilities of our talents and maintaining an agile and mature organizational culture.

As the L&D Specialist you will work closely with the business to identify training and skill development needs translating them into learning strategies supported by tools and resources outside and within the business.


Requirements :

  • Develop multiyear comprehensive learning curriculums for all career levels across the full spectrum of competencies;
  • Collaborate with department management to identify learning needs and create targeted solutions ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Collaborate with external vendors and subject matter experts to leverage industry expertise and resources for training initiatives;
  • Implement learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content such as virtual labs simulations and microlearning modules;
  • Utilize metrics and data analytics to measure the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives making datadriven decisions for continuous improvement;
  • Plan and execute annual firmwide offsite and leadership meetings (in the L&D part);
  • Manage annual training and offsites budget and key vendor relationships;
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance improvement and professional development opportunities;
  • Develop and manage onboarding programs.


Experience/Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in Learning & Development;
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methodologies;
  • Familiarity with elearning platforms and practices;
  • Experience in project management and budgeting;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills business acumen;
  • Ability and willingness to build rapport with employees and vendors;
  • Expertise in instructional design designing and implementing learning curriculums & programs technical skill development programs leadership development programs and induction/onboarding programs;
  • Experience in introducing enhancements to performance development processes and overseeing formal performance cycles;
  • Analytical skills to measure the impact and effectiveness of programs;
  • Fluent in English

Education:

  • BCs/BA in Business Psychology or a related field;
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPLP/Coaching/OrgDesign/Assessment) is a plus.
