Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced landscaping supervisor to oversee and manage our landscaping projects in the Tulsa area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, as well as proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish, including site preparation, planting, and installation of hardscape features. Manage a team of landscaping workers, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard. Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use. Work with clients to understand their landscaping needs and develop proposals that meet those needs. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Manage inventory and supplies, ordering new materials as needed and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in landscaping, with a focus on project management and leadership. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and vendors. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
