The Role:

Our client is seeking to recruit aLandscape Forepersonfor their well-established and growing residential and commercial landscaping organisation based in Dublin.

This is a varied and hands-on role leading and guiding a small team to undertake a variety of services for a diverse range of landscape projects.

We are looking for a motivated and detail orientated team leader who can follow instructions well from management and communicate clearly with team members to instruct and empower them to produce an excellent project.

This opportunity is ideal for a landscaping foreperson who likes to lead by example. You ll assist with directing and overseeing the work performed by the team, while also being very hands-on in the work yourself too.

You ll be proficient in the operation of a 360 excavator and have a full driving licence. In return, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with a company that will recognise, support and value you every step of the way.

What You Need to Succeed:
Previous experience as a landscape team leader or senior hard landscape operator.
Ability to lead and instruct members of your team.
Strong communication skills and team empowerment capability.
Commitment to delivering clients work to the highest standard.
Willingness to be hands-on in the work with excellent attention to detail.
Full proficiency in the operation of a 360 excavator.
Full clean driving licence.
Safe pass, manual handling and relevant certs for machinery.

What s On Offer for You:

• Salary 30,000 - 40,000 depending on experience.
• Company vehicle.

• Monday to Friday 7am-4pm core working hours.
• Overtime available.
