Junior Scrum Master

• Conduct Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Retrospectives Demos and other Scrumrelated meetings.
  
• Identify and remove impediments or guide the team to address obstacles promptly.
  
• Collaborate closely with the product owner in backlog grooming management and ensuring the continuous delivery of features.
  
• Implement and optimize Scrum processes using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) JIRA or other project management tools.
  
• Monitor team tasks daily in the project management tool.
  
• Provide servant leadership and Scrum coaching to both technical and nontechnical team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Continuously monitor and improve Scrum processes to enhance team efficiency.
  
• Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues at lower levels if required.
  
• Utilize strong communication negotiation influencing and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Engage in effective client interfacing and lead the team as a Scrum Master.
  
• Demonstrate a selflearning attitude and the ability to take initiative.
  
• Possess good communication and documentation skills for preparing highlevel documents such as SRS (Software Requirements Specification) and SDD (Software Design Document).
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
  
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) JIRA etc.
  
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
