Junior Project Manager Onboarding Roll Out fmd - German Speaking

We are looking for reinforcement for our Miss Moneypenny Technologies team! We are a scaleup with a head office in Berlin a tech hub in Vietnam and international remote employees. Our B2B SaaS mobile wallet solutions are internationally unique and allow our customers from the insurance finance and automotive industries to build lasting engagement customercentric information and service processes by creating unique user journeys.

Tasks

As (Junior) Project Manager Onboarding & Roll Out (f/m/d) you will be the main point of contact for our customers from the start of the project and together with specialists for technical and conceptual questions from our Customer Success Team will bring our product live with our customers. You will coordinate our customers requirements and ensure that the rollout timeline is transparent.

Your tasks are

• You are the central person in implementation or transformation projects of our SaaS solution for our customers
• You mainly work in the area of onboarding & rollout but are also ready to support at other points along the customer journey if required
• You drive the growth of our customer accounts through strategic planning and the implementation of new projects
• You support product development by representing the wishes and problems of our customers internally
• You also help to further develop internal processes and documentation

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in IT project management ideally of a B2B SaaS product
• Technical understanding in the areas of mobile wallets or marketing automation is very helpful
• Professional proactive precise and engaging interaction with customers
• Empathic and solutionoriented communication tailored to the needs and level of knowledge of the respective customers
• Experienced handling of data and KPIs as well as an analytical understanding
• Fluency in German and English (any other language is a great plus in the context of our internationalization)
• Experience with modern project management and documentation tools (e.g. Asana Confluence JIRA Miro Zoho Salesforce)
