Janitors and Cleaners Except

Starts out at 2030 hrs a week including Saturdays. However has the potential to go to Full Time. MUST have 3 years experience cleaning large facilities.

Primary duties will be to clean dust vacuum mop remove trash of the offices and clean and maintain the breakroom areas and conference rooms.


WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1 floor 1 building approximately 25192 square feet that has a medium level of traffic. The RTMC hours of operations is 24/7. There is two separate areas 4 bathrooms and has 150175 employees.

Mandatory Candidate Pay Rate $15.00 Vendor Rate $19.50

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITY:
** Must have 3 years experience cleaning large facilities
** Clean dust vacuum mop
** Remove trash of the offices
** Clean and maintain the breakroom areas and conference rooms.

Weekends as needed. Facility Operates 24/7 365 days a year.
