**Job title: ITSM Project Manager ** Healthcare experience is mandatory **Location: Need locals Dallas TX onsite is must 5 days in a week is mandatory** **Duration: Long term** **Must Haves:** Healthcare experience is mandatory 3 years experience on ServiceNow is must **ServiceNow ITSM** Incident Management Major Incident Management Problem Management Change Management DMBD Management Strategic Portfolio Management **Project Overview:**This Project Manager will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify their existing Service Now system. **Job Description:** This Project Manager will be planning for and driving the initiatives to modify their existing Service Now system for the following: Incident Management Major Incident Management Problem Management Change Management DMBD Management Strategic Portfolio Management They need to be onsight expect 50% travel; maybe more at first maybe less later. Resources located in Dallas are preferred but not required. They must drive the planning and execution. Prior experience with Service Now is obviously needed. This has a potential to be a long term engagement (3 years).
