Requirements

What you bring:

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist for system integration
  
• Min.3 years of professional experience is an advantage or significant experience from several years of professional practice as a career changer
  
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows 10
  
• Safe handling of Active Directory
  
• Initial experience with the following products is an advantage, but not required:
  • Network knowledge, network technology (IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, WLAN)
    
  • Virtualization techniques (VMWare, Virtualbox, ...)
    
• Strong customer orientation and good communication skills
  
• Structured way of working, high resilience and flexibility
  
• Fluency in spoken and written German
  
  
  

Your tasks include:

• Advice and support for users via the hotline (ticket system), second level support (Windows / Mac) as well as construction, installation and dismantling of the client hardware
  
• Participation in interesting projects (e.g. Exchange, software distribution, etc.)
  
• Maintenance and monitoring of merchandise management and stock levels
  
• Troubleshooting mobile devices
  
• Creation and maintenance of operating documentation and maintenance of system data and the knowledge database
  
• Administration of the Windows domain
  
• Management of the IT infrastructure (network, firewall, VPN, storage, VMWare)
  
• Labor and server installation, maintenance, replacement in case of failure
